Matt Brown has a long history with technology and specifically with the components that make up the LAMP Stack.

Matt began fooling around with Linux on Apache and programming with PHP 2.0 in the mid 1990's. Matt was previously CTO at a technology company and often found himself in the frustrating position of working with unreliable hosting partners.

When he founded LAMP Host in 2001, Matt knew he wanted to provide the level of hosting that businesses could rely on.

In his spare time, Matt enjoys configuring linux servers and racing sailboats.
