Acceptable Use

LAMP Host customers must agree NOT to:

1. Transmit, upload, post, or otherwise disseminate any Content that is illegal, harmful, violent, abusive, defamatory, harassing, tortious or obscene;
2. Transmit, upload, post, or otherwise disseminate any Content that invades another's privacy, that encourages or solicits others to engage in illegal activity, contains discriminatory statements, or that harms minors in any way;
3. Gain inappropriate or unauthorized access to LAMP Host, its servers or accounts, or to disturb or interrupt LAMP Host's services;
4. Violate the intellectual property rights of another including, but not limited to any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of another;
5. Transmit, upload, post, or otherwise disseminate any Content that Customer does not have a right to make available;
6. Transmit, upload, post, or otherwise disseminate any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials including, but not limited to "spam" or "junk mail";
7. Transmit, upload, post, or otherwise disseminate any Content that violates any laws or regulations related to export control;
8. Transmit, upload, post, or otherwise disseminate software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment; or
9. Utilize the Service to archive or backup software, or as a "warez" Website.

Any violation of this Section should be reported to abuse@lamphost.com.
